It seems that the Swedish university is keeping to the letter of the law in opening up job positions to both men and women. However, only women will be accepted because only female professors will have any funding.

A study of gender bias claimed that orchestras that held “blind auditions” favoured women. This has been cited hundreds of times as proof of discrimination against women. But what the report actually revealed was that blind auditions had a slight favour for men.
